When not playing guitar for Party Train, J produces music for his Utah based production company, Artist Point Productions. From his studio he has produced several international best-selling fitness albums. His original compositions can also be heard in video games, radio advertisements, film and TV. He has composed and produced music for ESPN, NASCAR, HealthRider and NordicTrack.
In addition to his work in the United States, J produced the chart-topping debut album of the popular Brazilian band, "Herois Do Dia," and has been on several major international tours as both a sound engineer and a guitar player, including tours of Europe and the former Soviet Union.
J holds a music degree in Sound Recording Technology from Brigham Young University where he was a Dean's Scholar. He was also the top graduate of his class at The Recording Workshop in Ohio. He and his beautiful wife, Britani, have worked in the film industry in Japan, and they recently returned from being on the road where Britani played the part of "Ellen" in the Broadway tour of "Miss Saigon." They just had their first child, a beautiful and -- based on her ability to scream and pound on her high chair -- musically gifted daughter.
